Warranty / Returns / Exchanges Policy

Group Order Cancelations
Bulk Order Cancelation: In the event that a Facebook Buy is cancelled, due to not reaching the minimum quantity required in order for us to place an order, all orders will be refunded and credited back to the buyer in the original payment method. This includes all payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Interact, and Interact E-Transfer.
All Sales Are Final
Lakeshore Importers has an all sales are final disclosure. Clients are encouraged to do research prior to purchasing. We apologize, but we do not accept general merchandise returns. If you do not want to keep your purchase, you can sell it to other Lakeshore clients privately on our group.
Abandoned Items
Lakeshore Importers is committed in notifying clients of their items before they are being abandoned. We will no longer be abandoning items within a short period of time. Clients will have a 2-week period to pick up from their local pickup area. Once the 2 week period has ended, the item will be returned to the Chestermere location for pickup. There is absolutely no reason why an order is left this long for pickup.

Pickup requests are subject to a separate abandon item policy. The client must pick up their items within 48 hours from the original pickup request date. This is to ensure the item is picked up in a reasonable time. Once the 48 hours has surpassed, the item will be deemed abandoned without refund.

All items are due for pickup December 23rd 2020 at 8:00PM. If you would like to pick up December 24th 2020, a overtime fee of $9.95 will be charged to the client. We apologise, but this is an absolute final decision by our board to ensure our staff receive holidays. This is more than fair and justified fee for those who would like to wait for Christmas Eve to pick-up. If the fee is refused, the item is abandoned without refund.

Purchase Disputes
By purchasing through Lakeshore Importers, you agree that if a Credit Card or PayPal dispute arises from an order that you have purchased, a $99.95 fee will be subject to be charge to your original payment method. We reserve the right to charge your way of payment due to fees associated with disputes and labour costs.
Clothing Exchanges
Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting exchanges on clothing items. All clothing sales will be final in consideration of the manufacture defect warranty. 
Manufacture Warranty
Lakeshore Importers offers 30-day MANUFACTURE warranty on all items purchased. The warranty date starts the same day when the bulk order arrives at the pickup location, or when the shipped item arrives at your house according to the tracking number (Tracking number provided through Canada Post, UPS, or any other mailing service). We promptly request you to pickup these items as soon as possible. Warranty will not be issued past the 30-day mark, as the suppliers have a strict warranty deadline. Warranty resolutions may include but not limited to, full refund, partial refund, return of goods on buyers expense, a new item, or a non-refund. We are unable to decide the manufactures decision. In the case of a manufacture disagreement, and within reason, Lakeshore Importers will offer a store credit. We will not accept returns for a full refund, nor will we exchange the items, unless noted from the manufacture. There are no exceptions.

Lakeshore Importers will be following our local dollar store policies in regards to low priced items. Products that are less than or equal to $8.00 before tax will void all warranty including manufacture defects. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. The low margins do not allow us. If none of the items will work, we will consider implementing the Group Order Cancellations policy.

If accordance with manufacture return policy, certain items include warranty cards for direct contact. Client are asked to reach out to the manufacture first.

Due to personal hygiene concerns with Health Canada, we are unable to accept a return or replace any sex toy product. This is for the protection of our staff, and Health Canada guidelines.

Pickup Locations
We are unable to change pickup location once an order has been placed. If you made a mistake in checkout, you must notify us right away, and a new order will be issued with the changes requested. Due to Paypal and Visa “Card Holder Agreements”, we are required to process your order AS IS, such as sending to the appropriate pickup location. You can read about the terms and conditions here:

VISA CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT: Please Google your credit card “card holder agreement” as each agreement is different between banks.

By purchasing from Lakeshore Importers, clients are required to agree to the Return/Refund/Exchange Policy, Liability Policy, and Privacy Policy. Furthermore, our clients legally agree to the three documents and any updates or revisions that may happen over time by purchasing through Lakeshore Importers. These revisions will also be legally bounded by the client. If you do not agree, you have the right to contact us with 24 hours of placing your order for immediate order cancellation.
