Manufacture Warranty

Lakeshore Importers offers a 30-day MANUFACTURE warranty on all items purchased. Please contact us directly if there are any issues.

Returns

Lakeshore Importers does not have a general return policy; however, items may be resold on Lakeshore B/S/T or your local marketplace for a profit.

Clothing Exchanges

If you ordered in the wrong size, or if an item came in smaller than expected, you may contact us for an exchange. 

Shipping

There is free domestic shipping for orders over $65.00CAD. Furthermore, there is free local delivery for select orders over $20.00CAD.

Pickup Locations

Our pickup locations include NE Calgary, South Calgary, Chestermere, Langdon, Strathmore and Crossfield. Pickups are free of charge, please choose local pickup in checkout.
